Shipping Policy

Every order from Pest Repeller ships FREE to anywhere in the United States. We process orders within 1–2 business days and most arrive in 3–7 days total.

Shipping zones

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm Mountain Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is generated.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your address. The system selects the fastest carrier for your zip code. All shipments include tracking.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the box and contents and email [email protected]within 48 hours. We'll send a free replacement.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with your neighbors and at your door. If still missing after 3 days, email us and we'll file a carrier claim.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make the change — but you can always refuse delivery for a full refund.
