Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, send it back for a full refund — no restocking fees, no hassle.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.
- Items should be in usable condition. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
- Custom or special-order items (none currently offered) are non-refundable.
How to start a refund
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the items securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package via your preferred carrier (you cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover it if the items arrived defective).
- Once we receive the items, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your repellers arrive damaged or stop working within 30 days, email us with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We cover return shipping in those cases.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. If you don't see it after 10 business days, email [email protected] with your order number.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before they ship (typically within the first 24 hours). After shipping, follow the standard return process above.
